You will need to complete the online registration to receive your virtual credentials for the event.

- Click the Register Yourself button to register yourself. Click the Register Guest button to register others. Once you have completed registering yourself and/or guests, click the Next button to advance to the Summary and Payment pages.
- If you are completing this registration as an authorized agent on someone else’s behalf, please complete the attendee information to the best of your ability and contact MCCA Member Engagement ([email protected]) to update the account information.

Registration policies
MCCA Virtual Event Code of Conduct
As a 2020 MCCA Virtual Annual Convention & Solution Center participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Virtual Event Code of Conduct. You will acknowledge receipt, review and acceptance via the online registration form. Any violation of the Virtual Code of Conduct will result in revoking of your virtual meeting access with no refund. We thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients.
Cancellation/Refunds
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Friday, September 25, 2020 no later than 4 p.m. CST. A refund of the full registration fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. After September 25, refund requests will not be honored. If you have any questions and/or concerns regarding any of the above mentioned Policies, please contact the MCCA Convention Team at [email protected].
Payment
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We welcome payments in the form of credit cards, wire transfers, and checks payable to Missouri Community College Association.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from the MCCA Convention Team, (please add [email protected] to your safe senders list). If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact the MCCA Convention Team at [email protected].
Consent Clause
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MCCA events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by MCCA and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your virtual registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and virtual booths visited.

Our goal is to provide truly exceptional offerings and service, and we won't be happy until you are. If any programs, products, or services of MCCA do not fulfill our promise, we will make the situation right.
