Here you will find resources that may be helpful as you prepare and finalize your presentation. Note: This page is intended for use by concurrent breakout session presenters and moderators only.

- Outside of your presentation, we hope you will participate in the entirety of the virtual convention and learn from others that also want to share their experiences and success. All presenters are required to register for the meeting.
- Presenters are required to use the Virtual Annual Convention branded slides as the opening slide, available below for download.
- Presenters must submit their presentation recording and accompanying slide deck by October 16 for review to ensure the Annual Convention branded slides are included.

- January 21, 2019: Call for Proposals/Submissions Open
- March 22, 2019: Call for Proposals/Submissions Close
- July 2020: Notification of Acceptance
- August 2020: Session Agenda Live
- October 16, 2020: Recorded video presentation and slide deck must be submitted
- November 11-13, 2020: MCCA Annual Convention and Solution Center
