You are being called to play an important role in the learning experience of our attendees, and we are pleased that you are committed to and interested in helping us serve the needs of those attending.

Here you will find resources that may be helpful as you prepare and finalize your presentation. (Note: This page is intended for use by concurrent session presenters and moderators only.)

• Outside of your presentation, we hope you will stay for the entire convention and learn from others that also want to share their experiences and success. All presenters are strongly encouraged to register for the meeting with a full access pass or a single-day pass here by October 19.
  
• Make hotel reservations directly with the Hilton Branson Convention Center or through the hotel link here by October 4. (Hotel reservations will be accepted at the meeting rate until October 4, 2018 and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the room block is full, the meeting rate may not be available.)
  
• Presenters are required to use the Annual Convention branded slides as the opening and closing slides, available below for download.
• Presenters are required to bring a copy of their presentation on a flash drive.
  
• Presenters must submit their presentation by October 1 to [email protected] for review to ensure the Annual Convention branded slides are included. Once approved, the presentation will be loaded into the mobile event app.

Session Delivery

​The convention team encourages you to consider a presentation format that will engage your colleagues in discussion and learning beyond the simple dissemination of information. Sessions may follow one of these formats, or you may suggest an alternative format.

• Lecture Format: A presentation by one or more presenters; discussion time for questions and answers is encouraged. The length of time set aside for discussion is at the discretion of the presenter(s).
• Fireside Chat: An informal conversation between a moderator and their guest.
• Campfire: The facilitator introduces a topic and then drives the discussion but not content itself. The content is created by the discussion in real-time. This format represents an excellent place for attendees to learn from their peers through sharing their own experiences. As a bonus, this interactive peer-to-peer format is also an excellent opportunity for delegates to build new connections.
