In-Person Extras

EXCLUSIVE! Online Registration Sponsor: $5,000
Reach everyone who registers for the annual meeting by becoming the exclusive registration sponsor. Your logo is displayed on all pages of registration. On the “Thank You for Registering” page, you can invite attendees to visit your booth and tell them about your planned onsite activities. Also includes the opportunity to hand out a branded, packaged snack onsite at the registration desk (also available as a room drop).

EXCLUSIVE! Lanyards: $5,000
This high-visibility sponsorship puts your company logo around the neck of all meeting attendees.

EXCLUSIVE! ​Closing Keynote Speaker: $5,000
This is an opportunity to be thanked at the beginning and end of our second largest session while your signage and logos are visible to the attendees. You’ll also be able to place information on all of the seats prior to the keynote.

Mainstage Video Ad: $1,000

60-second maximum video ad during a general session (provided by sponsor)

Tradeshow Coffee Break/Grand Finale Reception (choose 1): $1,000
Place your signs near the exhibit hall break stations while attendees enjoy coffee or an afternoon sweet treat. You’ll be able to relax and chat with them while you’re verbally thanked in the exhibit hall!

Meals: $1,000
An exclusive sponsorship opportunity that will align your brand with highly attended healthy meal periods. The breakfast and lunch events are regarded as prime opportunities for attendees to connect, network, and build relationships among the college community. Prominent placement of your logo on signage and other promotional materials during meal times will ensure strong brand awareness.

Share your knowledge or industry research through a session or workshop.

Onsite Branding: starting at $750
The St. Louis Union Station Hotel provides numerous onsite opportunities to maximum exposure and branding:

Sponsored Email, Social Post, or App Push Notification — $750
Get your message out to attendees. Purchase a sponsored email, social post, or mobile event app push notification to invite attendees to your booth, let them know about an activity happening in your space or just give them general information about your organization.

Program Track Sponsor: $500
Demonstrate your organization’s thought leadership by sponsoring one of the thematic programming tracks.

Event Bag Insert: $500

Virtual Extras

Send a branded gift prior to virtual attendees before the event.

Virtual Q&A or Happy Hour: $350
Host a 30-minute happy hour with 15 attendees (chosen by you).

Virtual Event Bag: $350
Virtual event bags offer a nice alternative to the traditional goodie bags that are handed out and filled with promotional items. Be it coupons or vouchers, a free trial for a software, or an online course. the Virtual Event Bag will be shared directly with attendees for them to access before, during, and following the event.

Video Ad: $500
Your 60-second (maximum) ad will be played at the beginning of virtual breakout sessions.

Banner Ads/Pop-up Ads: $350

A MCCA Memberclicks profile is required in order to submit a proposal and to present. Logging in below will prompt you to create a new profile or proceed with your existing profile. You may want to take some time now before proceeding to ensure all presenters have profiles.
