Room availability and room rates can only be assured by booking during online registration. Reservations made through another source are at your own risk.
Hotels are subject to availability and your preferred travel dates.
Taxes: Hotel's room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 18.1%) in effect at the time of check-out. In addition, there is a $1.77 city development fee per room, per night, which is also taxable.
Guaranteed Reservations: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
Cutoff Date: Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 5 p.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2019.
Cancellation Policy: Attendee reservations must be cancelled by 11:59 p.m. EST, 3 days prior to the arrival date. Any reservation cancelled after 11:59 p.m. EST, 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged the first nights room and tax.
Early Departure: An early departure fee equal to one (1) night’s room and tax may apply for a change resulting in an earlier departure changed after 12 midnight on the day of arrival. A change to the departure date made prior to midnight on the day of arrival will not result in an early departure fee.
Note: Registration is not required prior to reserving a room, however, MCCA will be cross-checking hotel reservation lists against registered attendees. Room reservations are subject to cancellation, if not registered for the MCCA Annual Convention and Tradeshow by October 15, 2019.
