- Payment Arrangements: Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Room and tax will be paid for by guests.
- Deposits and Confirmation: To confirm a reservation, rooms must be secured with a major credit card. Credit cards will be authorized for $50/per day for incidentals upon check in, and then charged the full amount upon check out.
- Cutoff Date: Reservations by attendees must be received no later than Friday, October 11, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. CST.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify the cancellation policy. MCCA is not responsible for any cancellation charges assessed. The Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel has advised it has a 72-hour cancellation policy, a policy included in confirmation emails when you book a stay.
- Early Departure: An early checkout fee of one room night plus tax will be added for departure prior to the reserved checkout date. To avoid an early checkout fee, please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
- Conference Registration: Registration is not required prior to reserving a room. However, MCCA will be cross-checking hotel reservation lists against registered attendees. Room reservations are subject to cancellation if not registered for the MCCA Annual Convention and Tradeshow by October 21, 2024.
