How do I get badges and make hotel reservations for my exhibit staff?
All exhibit booth representatives must be registered. Registered exhibitor personnel receive the equivalent of an attendee Full Convention Registration, which includes access to the tradeshow, general sessions, concurrent education sessions, networking receptions and meals, and one ticket to the Opening Celebration.
Exhibitor booths include two (2) complimentary exhibit staff passes. Additional staff passes on or before October 1 are $100. After October 1, any changes or additional reps thereafter will only be accepted at the onsite rate of $200. Email [email protected] to add 3+ additional booth staff.

Can I distribute my literature in the registration area or breakout session rooms?
No. All sales activities (literature/invitation distribution) must be contained within your booth space. There are many advertising and promotional opportunities for exhibitors to gain additional visibility.
Where should I ship my exhibit materials in advance?
Making the right transportation decisions for your exhibit materials will not only save you time and money, but also a lot of aggravation. Exhibit transportation can be fairly complex. Contact Liberty Exposition Services under the Furnishings, etc. tab.
Can I carry my exhibit materials to the Kansas City Marriott Downtown myself?
Yes. An exhibitor may "hand carry" material one time through the door, provided they do not use material handling equipment to assist them. When exhibitors choose to "hand carry" material, they may not be permitted access to the loading dock / freight door areas. If your materials are large enough to require a hand truck or "dolly", we strongly suggest you ship them in advance.
Does the show offer a lead follow-up system for exhibitors?
No. The MCCA Conveniton Team is in the early discovery stages a technology solution for quick, easy, and reliable collection of show leads. Please contact [email protected] if you have a comment or suggestion.
We encourage exhibitors to have a pre- and post-show program in place. Please contact our team if you would like us to discuss this with you.
