Thank you for your interest in attending the MCCA Annual Convention and Tradeshow! Our annual meeting is one of the largest gatherings of our profession in the state of Missouri, and we encourage you to take advantage of all it has to offer. To assist you the registration process, we have outlined all the registration options available in the online submission form.

Invite your spouse, partner or a non-industry guest to Branson! A guest registration is required to attend meals and select events. A guest is defined as a partner/spouse, family member or friend whose occupation is unrelated to academia or workforce training. A co-worker or associate within the profession is not eligible for guest registration.

The Fine Print
Eligibility
The 2024 MCCA Annual Convention and Tradeshow is open to higher education and workforce development professionals, consultants, federal government employees and more. MCCA reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.
Ineligible Registrations
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet MCCA eligibility policies. MCCA reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation.
Cancellation/Refunds
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Monday, October 21, 2024, no later than 5 p.m. CST. A refund of the full registration fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. After October 21, refund requests will not be honored. If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name, title, and email address of the substitute must be emailed to [email protected]. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
MCCA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. MCCA is not responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other vendors.
Payment
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We welcome payments in the form of credit cards, wire transfers and checks payable to Missouri Community College Association.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from the MCCA Convention Team (please add [email protected] to your safe senders list). If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days after registering, please contact the convention team.
Consent Clause
Registration, attendance at and participation in MCCA events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by MCCA and other third parties, including but not limited to the venue, the host city and the host CVB. Registration for this event may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the conference, such as session attendance and booths visited.
