Registration for the MCCA Annual Convention includes general sessions, concurrent sessions, admission to the tradeshow and events at the tradeshow, meals, access to the evening receptions, and the mobile event app.

Confirmation and Registration Materials
MCCA will send registration confirmation via email once you register. Please bring your confirmation with you to the convention. Pre-registered attendees may pick up registration materials, which include tote bag and name badge beginning Wednesday, November 7.
Badges must be worn to gain admission to all events, including sessions. All attendees that pre-register will pick their badge up on-site. MCCA will not mail badges in advance. Once on-site, there will be a $5 replacement fee for lost badges.
MCCA will build a photo, quote, and video library of the MCCA 2018 Annual Convention & Tradeshow. As a participant in this event, you may be photographed in group shots. MCCA has the right to use group images in photographs, videotapes, and electronic reproduction. In the event that we interview, film, and record your words, MCCA will seek your express permission.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes to Registration
Cancellation notices and refund requests must be made in writing to MCCA by Friday, September 28, 2018 no later than 4 p.m. CST and will be issued a refund less a $50 administrative fee. After September 28 refund requests will not be honored. If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name, title, and email address of the substitute must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written refund request, MCCA will retain all fees. MCCA is not responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels, or other similar vendors.

Get the best of MCCA's Annual Convention on the day that works best for you. This registration option includes meals for the day registered, as well as access to meetings, breakout sessions, and speakers.
À la carte Dining
If you're only able to attend the Annual Convention to network during meals, this is the option for you.
If you're bringing a guest, they will require a Guest Registration to attend select events. Only full convention attendees may purchase a Guest Registration. A guest is defined as a partner/spouse, family member, or friend whose occupation is unrelated to academia and workforce training. A co-worker or associate within the profession is not eligible for guest registration. Guest Registration does not include access to breakout sessions.
