Guest Registration
Invite your spouse/partner or a non-industry guest to Kansas City! A Guest Registration is required to attend meals and select events. (You can also purchase individual a-la-carte guest tickets for Kansas City Cultural Excursions.) Only full convention attendees may purchase a Guest Registration. A guest is defined as a partner/spouse, family member, or friend whose occupation is unrelated to academia and workforce training. A co-worker or associate within the profession is not eligible for guest registration. Guest Registration does not include access to breakout sessions.

The 2019 MCCA Annual Convention and Tradeshow is open to higher education and workforce development professionals, consultants, federal government employees, and more. MCCA reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations.
Ineligible Registrations
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet MCCA eligibility policies. MCCA reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation.
Cancellation/Refunds
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Friday, September 27, 2019 no later than 4 p.m. CST. A refund of the full registration fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. After September 27, refund requests will not be honored. A substitute may attend in your place. The name, title, and email address of the substitute must be emailed to admin@mccatoday.org. MCCA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. After Friday, November 15, 2019, no refund considerations will be made. MCCA is not responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels, or other similar vendors. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.
